This study looks at how a drug called neostigmine reverses the effects of mivacurium, a muscle relaxant used during foot and ankle surgery under general anesthesia. Researchers want to find the best time to give neostigmine so patients recover muscle function quickly and safely. The study involves 120 adults aged 18-65 who are healthy enough for surgery.
