Bladder cancer breakthrough? new combo aims to shrink tumors before surgery

Summary
This study is for people with muscle-invasive bladder cancer who cannot or choose not to receive standard chemotherapy. It tests whether giving focused radiation (SBRT) along with immunotherapy drugs (cemiplimab with or without fianlimab) before bladder removal surgery can safely shrink or eliminate the cancer. About 44 participants will receive the treatment and then have surgery to see how well the cancer responded.
