Summary
This study looks at whether giving first-time mothers a short class on newborn care during their last trimester helps them feel more capable and strengthens their bond with their baby. About 76 pregnant women will take part, with half receiving the training and the other half not. Researchers will measure confidence and attachment before and after birth to see if the education makes a difference.
