New drug NEOK001 targets tough cancers in early trial

Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug called NEOK001 in people with advanced solid tumors that have stopped responding to standard treatments. The drug is designed to target two proteins on cancer cells to deliver a toxic payload. The study will first find the safest dose and then check if the drug can shrink tumors. About 155 participants will take part.
