New dental bone filler tested for safer implants

Summary

This study is testing a new material called Neocement Inject P that helps rebuild jawbone so people can get dental implants. About 66 adults who need bone repair before implants will receive the treatment. Researchers will check how well the bone grows and if there are any side effects over six months.
