First seen Mar 23, 2026 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 10 times
Summary
This study tests whether combining the targeted drug trastuzumab-deruxtecan with other therapies before surgery is safe and effective for people with HER2-positive stomach or esophagus cancer. About 36 adults with locally advanced but removable tumors will receive the drug combinations, then have surgery. The goal is to see if this approach can shrink tumors and improve outcomes without causing severe side effects.
