First seen Jan 19, 2026 · Last updated Jun 14, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This study tests a combination of three drugs (paclitaxel polymersomes, carboplatin, and adebelimab) given before surgery to people with a rare type of skin cancer called mucosal melanoma that can be removed. The goal is to see if this treatment shrinks the tumor enough to improve surgical results. About 32 adults will participate, and researchers will check how many cancer cells remain after treatment.
