Double immunotherapy before surgery shows promise in early melanoma

This study tests giving two immunotherapy drugs (relatlimab and nivolumab) before surgery to people with high-risk stage II melanoma. The goal is to see if this combination can shrink or eliminate the tumor before it is removed. Twenty adults with residual disease after biopsy are participating, and the main focus is on how many achieve a complete or near-complete pathological response.
