NCT ID NCT05418972
First seen Nov 19, 2025 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This study tests whether giving two immunotherapy drugs (relatlimab and nivolumab) before surgery can shrink or eliminate tumors in people with high-risk stage II melanoma. About 20 participants will receive two doses of the drugs, then have surgery to remove any remaining cancer. The goal is to see how many patients have a complete or near-complete response, meaning few or no cancer cells left in the removed tissue.
