First seen Jan 02, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 18 times

Summary

This early-phase trial tests whether a nasal spray called NEO100 can safely reach brain tumors in children with aggressive brain cancers like diffuse midline glioma. About 12 children will receive increasing doses to find the safest amount and check for side effects. The goal is to see if this drug delivery method works and to prepare for larger studies.
