New combo therapy aims to tackle Tough-to-Treat blood cancer

Summary
This study tests whether adding a targeted drug (nemtabrutinib) to a personalized cell therapy (CAR-T) can better control chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) that has returned or stopped responding to treatment. About 20 adults with relapsed or refractory CLL will receive the combination. The goal is to see if more patients achieve complete remission, though ongoing management may still be needed.
