New hope for mystery itch: drug trial targets chronic pruritus

Summary
This study tests a drug called nemolizumab in 50 adults with chronic itching that has no clear cause. The goal is to see how the drug moves through the body and how well it reduces itching over 16 weeks. Participants must be 18 or older and have had unexplained itching for at least 6 months.
