No-Needle allergy rescue? nasal spray tested against standard shot

NCT ID NCT06834165

Summary

This study is testing whether a needle-free nasal spray called neffy is as safe and effective as a standard epinephrine shot for treating allergic reactions. It will involve 600 people, including children, who have a reaction during planned food or allergy testing. The goal is to see if the nasal spray can provide a less painful and easier-to-use alternative for emergency allergy treatment.
