Summary
This study tested whether a gel made from neem, a natural plant, can treat oral lichen planus—a chronic inflammatory mouth condition. Sixty adults used either neem gel or a standard steroid paste twice daily for three months. Researchers measured pain, lesion severity, and anxiety to see if neem works as well as the usual treatment.
