Summary
This study tested two ways to numb teeth for dental work: a standard needle and syringe versus a needle-free device that uses a mild electric current to deliver numbing medicine through the gums. Twenty adults participated, and researchers measured pain and anxiety levels with each method. The goal was to see if the needle-free approach could make dental visits more comfortable.
