Summary

This study tested a needle-free device called INJEX to see if it could reduce pain and anxiety in children getting numbing shots at the dentist. Researchers compared the device to a standard needle syringe in 52 children aged 6 to 9. They measured the children's pain and anxiety levels to see which method was more comfortable.
