Summary
This study looks at whether moving the needle more times during a lung lymph node biopsy (EBUS-TBNA) helps get a clearer diagnosis. About 180 adults with enlarged chest lymph nodes will be randomly assigned to one of two needle agitation methods. Researchers will compare how often each method provides a definite diagnosis and check sample quality and safety.
