Does shaking the needle more help diagnose chest lymph nodes?

Summary

This study looks at whether moving the needle more times during a lung lymph node biopsy helps get better tissue samples for diagnosis. About 180 adults with enlarged chest lymph nodes will be randomly assigned to one of two needle agitation methods. The goal is to see which method gives clearer results and fewer complications.
