Military tests High-Tech neck trainer to prevent injuries
NCT ID NCT06410846
Summary
This study is testing whether a 12-week training program using a special neck exercise device can help prevent neck injuries. It involves 60 active-duty military personnel who will either use the new device or follow a standard neck strengthening program. Researchers will measure changes in neck strength, size, and flexibility to see if the new training is effective and easy to stick with.
