Can 5 minutes of stretching fix your tech neck?

Summary
This study aims to see if a simple, 5-minute daily neck stretching routine can improve neck movement and reduce pain in medical students. 75 students with mild to moderate neck issues will try the stretching for one week after a week of no stretching. Researchers will measure changes in how far participants can move their necks and how much pain they report.
