Summary
This study looked at whether a single, quick stretching technique applied to the neck could improve neck and shoulder movement and shoulder strength in college athletes. It involved 20 athletes who play sports like baseball, tennis, and volleyball. The goal was to see if this simple technique could help prevent shoulder injuries and improve performance by affecting how the neck and shoulder work together.
