Neck's hidden sense may hold key to preventing falls
NCT ID NCT07230938
Summary
This study aims to understand how problems with sensing neck position affect balance in people with cervical spondylosis (neck arthritis). Researchers will measure balance using foot pressure platforms and neck position sense using laser pointers in 82 participants. The findings could help develop better rehabilitation programs to improve balance and prevent falls in this population.
