Summary
This study will compare two different exercise programs to see which works better for improving forward head posture, a common problem linked to smartphone and computer use. Researchers will work with 74 university students who have this posture issue. One group will do neck muscle strengthening exercises, while the other will do brain-based motor learning training, with both programs lasting four weeks.
