NCT ID NCT07401576
Summary
This study tested a 6-week program of special neck stabilization exercises for people with long-term neck pain. It compared these exercises to traditional ones in 38 adults. The special exercises led to better improvements in reducing pain, improving posture, and increasing how long someone could hold a note compared to the traditional approach.
