Hands-On hope for stiff necks: study tests two therapy techniques
NCT ID NCT07403279
Summary
This study tested two different hands-on physical therapy techniques to see which works better for people with long-term neck pain. Researchers worked with 44 adults who had experienced neck pain for over three months. They compared a joint mobilization technique (SNAG) alone to the same technique combined with a muscle release method (INMT), measuring changes in pain, neck movement, and daily function over four weeks.
