Summary
This study is testing whether adding a specific type of upper back adjustment to standard neck exercises and gentle movements is more effective for reducing chronic neck pain. Researchers will compare pain levels, posture, and neck movement sense in two groups of adults with long-term neck stiffness. The goal is to see if this combined approach helps people feel better and move more easily.
