Suction cups vs. special tools: which works better for neck pain?
NCT ID NCT07007442
Summary
This study compared two physical therapy treatments for chronic neck pain: instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (using special tools) and dry cupping (using suction cups). Researchers tested 45 adults with long-term neck pain to see which method better reduced pain, improved neck movement, and helped daily function. The trial measured participants' pain levels and range of motion before and after treatment.
