Summary
This study compared two treatments for chronic neck pain: joint mobilization (gentle movement by a therapist) and strengthening exercises. 26 adults with neck pain for at least 3 months did 12 sessions of one treatment. The goal was to see which better improves neck movement, pain, and daily function. Results will help guide which therapy to use first.
