Can your phone cure your neck pain? new study tests telehealth vs. In-Person therapy
NCT ID NCT07302958
Summary
This study aims to find the best way to deliver physical therapy exercises for adults with long-term neck pain. Researchers are comparing three methods: video-guided sessions from home (telehealth), traditional in-person sessions, and a mix of both. They will measure which approach best reduces pain, improves neck movement, and helps people get back to their daily activities.
