New eye & balance exercises tested to ease stubborn neck pain

NCT ID NCT06802601

Summary

This study tested whether adding special eye and balance exercises to standard hands-on therapy could better help people with long-term neck pain. Researchers worked with 54 adults who had neck pain for at least three months. They compared the effects of standard therapy alone to standard therapy plus these new exercises on pain, movement, and balance.
