Hands-On healing: which massage technique works best for stiff necks?

Summary
This study aims to find out which of two specific hands-on massage techniques works better for relieving neck pain and stiffness caused by muscle knots. Researchers will compare the Integrated Neuromuscular Inhibition Technique (INIT) with the Active Release Technique (ART) in 64 adults. They will measure changes in pain levels, how far participants can move their necks, and how the pain affects their daily activities.
