Mind over neck pain? new study tests imagery vs. exercise
NCT ID NCT07487987
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jul 02, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study looks at two different ways to help people with long-lasting neck pain. One method uses mental imagery (picturing movements in your mind), and the other uses gentle neck exercises. The goal is to see which one works better to lower pain and improve how well you can sense your neck's position. About 40 adults with neck pain for at least 12 weeks will take part in a single session.
