Can a brain test predict who gets neck pain relief?
NCT ID NCT07194603
Summary
This study aimed to understand if a person's natural ability to control pain (measured by a test involving pressure and cold water) is linked to how well they respond to a common hands-on neck treatment. Researchers followed 31 adults with mild, long-term neck pain for four weeks after a single treatment session. The goal was to see if this pain-control test could help predict who might benefit most from this type of therapy.
