First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This study looked at how the curve of the neck (seen on X-ray) relates to pain-related disability and body awareness in people with chronic neck pain. 76 adults aged 18-50 with neck pain lasting at least 3 months took part. They completed questionnaires about neck disability and body awareness, and researchers measured their neck X-rays. The goal was to better understand the connection between neck structure and how people feel and function.
