Scientists probe hidden link between neck pain and your Body's internal GPS
NCT ID NCT06353802
Summary
This study aimed to understand if there is a connection between having long-term neck pain and a person's ability to accurately sense the position of their lower back. Researchers measured this 'position sense' in 67 adults with chronic neck pain using a smartphone app. The goal was to gather knowledge about how pain might affect the body's internal sense of positioning, not to test a treatment.
