Summary
This trial tests whether adding a technique called Sustained Natural Apophyseal Glide (SNAG) to standard Strain Counterstrain (SCS) therapy provides greater relief for people with non-specific neck pain. Over four weeks, 68 adults aged 18–60 with mild to moderate neck pain will receive either SCS alone or SCS plus SNAG. Researchers will measure changes in pain, neck movement, forward head posture, and daily disability to see if the combination offers added benefit.
