Summary

This study looks at whether specific neck-strengthening exercises can reduce pain and nerve sensitivity in people with long-term (chronic) neck pain. Researchers will measure pain intensity, nerve response, head posture, and neck awareness in 80 adults aged 18–36. The goal is to find a simple, non-drug way to manage chronic neck pain.
