New stretching technique tested to ease stubborn neck pain
NCT ID NCT06352294
Summary
This study tested whether adding a specific muscle relaxation technique to standard core strengthening exercises could better help people with long-term neck pain. It involved 45 adults who had neck pain for at least three months. Participants were split into two groups to compare the effects of core exercises alone versus core exercises combined with the relaxation method over six weeks.
