Summary

This study looks at two different treatments for neck pain caused by muscle knots in the trapezius (upper back) among nurses. 38 female nurses with mild to moderate pain will receive either muscle energy techniques or specific neck exercises for four weeks. Researchers will measure changes in pain, neck movement, and daily function to see which approach is more effective.
