Two-Week therapy battle: which technique eases your tech neck?

Summary
This study aims to see which of two hands-on physical therapy techniques works better for reducing chronic neck pain and stiffness in people who use computers for long hours. Researchers will compare Progressive Muscle Relaxation (a gentle tension-release method) with the Muscle Energy Technique (a more active stretching approach) in 60 office workers. Participants will receive 12 treatment sessions over two weeks, and improvements in pain, movement, and posture will be measured.
