Two-Week therapy battle: which technique eases your tech neck?

Summary
This study aims to see which of two physical therapy techniques works better for relieving chronic neck pain in people who use computers for long periods. Sixty adults who use a computer for more than six hours a day will be randomly assigned to receive either Progressive Muscle Relaxation or the Muscle Energy Technique over two weeks. Researchers will measure changes in pain, stiffness, and range of motion to determine which method provides more relief.
