NCT ID NCT07506200
Summary
This study is testing whether a specialized exercise program called neuromuscular re-education works better than standard physical therapy for people with chronic neck pain that shoots into the arm. Researchers will compare the two approaches in 52 adults to see which one is more effective at reducing pain, improving neck movement, and decreasing disability in daily life.
