Summary
This study tested two physical therapy techniques—Sustained Natural Apophyseal Glides (SNAG) alone and SNAG combined with Integrated Neuromuscular Inhibition Technique (INIT)—in 44 adults with chronic mechanical neck pain lasting over 3 months. The goal was to see which approach better reduced pain, improved neck movement, and restored daily function. Participants were treated and assessed using standard pain and disability scales.
