First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study compares two muscle techniques—post-isometric relaxation and post-isometric stretching—for reducing chronic neck pain. Forty adults with neck pain will receive standard treatments (TENS and heat) plus one of the techniques over five sessions. Researchers will measure pain, neck movement, and disability to see which technique works better.
