NCT ID NCT07506200
First seen Apr 02, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This study tests whether a type of exercise called neuromuscular re-education can reduce pain and improve neck movement better than standard physical therapy in people with cervical radiculopathy (a pinched nerve in the neck). About 52 adults aged 30 to 50 with at least 3 months of arm pain, numbness, or tingling will be assigned to either the new exercise program or usual care. Researchers will measure pain, neck disability, and range of motion before and after treatment.
