Cupping vs massage: which eases Kids' neck pain better?

Summary
This study compares two hands-on treatments—myofascial release (a type of massage) and dynamic cupping (using suction cups)—for neck pain and posture in children aged 13 to 16. About 45 kids with neck pain and poor posture will receive one of the therapies for 6 weeks. The goal is to see which method works better to reduce pain and improve posture.
