New study tests which therapy works better for Nurses' chronic neck pain

Summary

This study compares two different physical therapy approaches to help nurses with chronic neck pain caused by muscle knots. Thirty-eight female nurses will receive either Muscle Energy Techniques or specific neck exercises for four weeks. Researchers will measure which approach better reduces pain and improves neck movement and daily function.
