Summary
This study tested two different 4-week exercise programs to see which works better for reducing neck pain in people who wear glasses. 62 adults with long-term neck pain were randomly assigned to do either isometric neck strengthening exercises or cervical stabilization exercises three times a week. Researchers measured changes in pain, disability, fear of movement, and quality of life.
