Summary

This study tested two different home exercise programs to see which works better for reducing chronic neck pain in computer professionals. Forty participants aged 25-45 with long-term neck pain performed either self-applied neck mobilization using a towel or neck-strengthening exercises with elastic bands for six weeks. Researchers measured which approach provided greater pain relief and improved daily function.
