Summary
This study tests if a six-week program of neck exercises and mild nerve stimulation can reduce chronic neck pain in university students. 51 students aged 18-30 with pain lasting at least 3 months will be randomly assigned to exercise, nerve stimulation, or a placebo group. The goal is to find simple, drug-free ways to manage pain and improve daily life.
