Summary

This study compares two treatments for chronic neck pain: adding connective tissue massage or electrotherapy (heat, ultrasound, TENS) to standard neck and shoulder exercises. About 27 adults aged 18-65 with non-specific neck pain will be randomly assigned to one of three groups for 8 weeks. The goal is to see which combination best reduces pain and disability and improves endurance and quality of life.
