NCT ID NCT07169084

Summary

This study compared two common physical therapy approaches for treating long-term neck pain. Twenty-four adults with chronic neck pain received either instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization or manual therapy three times a week for four weeks. Researchers measured changes in pain levels, neck function, and range of motion to see which method worked better.
